Blueprint Data Centers is an independent data center platform developing greenfield data centers designed with flexibility to support a range of use cases including high-performance computing, AI and other advanced workloads.
The Blueprint Data Centers team combines decades of expertise in global infrastructure, with substantial experience in the design, development and execution of complex data center projects. Management’s collective experience spans major platforms such as QTS, Iron Mountain, DC BLOX and GIGA Data Centers.
With a strong track record of overcoming market volatility, power supply & supply chain challenges, and complex delivery requirements, our team has successfully executed large-scale, mission-critical projects, positioning Blueprint as an innovative, solutions-driven leader in data center development.

Samarth has extensive global experience driving revenue growth and scaling business operations across the U.S., Europe and Asia. He has proven expertise in business growth, P&L management and Fortune 500 partnerships.
Jim has held executive level roles at several public and private equity backed companies. From 2012 – 2018, he served as COO of QTS managing projects across 25 data centers with direct experience in development and operations.
Nick developed and led the launch of Iron Mountain’s Data Center business between 2010 and 2021. During this time, he scaled growth across major markets and was critical in driving tenant procurement.
